Dispute Resolution and Privacy Seals
We have the following privacy seals and/or dispute resolution mechanisms. If you think we have not followed our privacy policy in some way, they can help you resolve your concern.
Dispute: In the case of dispute, Irish Hospice Foundation will endeveour to come to an amicable agreement which suits both parties. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Request for information: Any user who requests their information should write to the Irish Hospice Foundation at the address on the web site. We will provide a print out of that data. At the request of a visitor, their information will be removed from any storage devices on the site or within the Authority in line with the Data Protection Act.

The information from these forms is being requested so that we can supply visitors with information they have requested through the forms. We do not collect all of the above data every time, only the data out of the list which visitors supply to us.

This is Irish Hospice Foundations' general privacy policy. It covers the use of standard web logs which are taken automatically from visitors. The data is used anonymously and simple lets the Authority view statistical information about activities on the site. This policy covers only the public portion of the site.

This section will attempt to evaluate this policy's compact policy against Microsoft's stated behavior for IE6.
